The national award recognizes an individual who demonstrates outstanding leadership and contributions to ASA through committee, council, taskforce or working group involvement.

Marion's recognition reflects nearly a decade of dedicated service to ASA and his commitment to strengthening the staffing industry through collaboration, mentorship and professional development. Since beginning his volunteer work in 2017, he has contributed to the Office-Administrative Section Council, Professional-Managerial Section Council, Direct Hire Section Council, and Search and Placement Council. He currently serves as vice chair of the Office-Administrative Section Council and has also mentored industry professionals through ASA's Mentor Match program.
