Michael Schwarm has more than 30 years of experience across the aerospace and defense industry, spanning large prime contractors and mid-sized defense technology companies. His career includes leadership roles with BAE Systems, DRS Technologies, Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, Spectrum Control/API Technologies and SMT Corp., with experience in commercial leadership, business development and operations. Before his appointment as President, Schwarm served as Chief Growth Officer of Certify Holdings, leading growth strategy and commercial development across the business. He is a U.S. Army veteran and holds a master's degree in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
