OTR Solutions Accelerates Its Factoring and Technology Strategy with Acquisition of CCT Factoring's Transportation Portfolio

The acquisition expands OTR's client base and connects incoming carriers with factoring and business solutions built specifically for trucking and transportation.

Clients' existing factoring contracts, rates and programs remain unchanged as a result of the transition. Clients can continue submitting invoices as they do today while becoming familiar with the OTR Solutions mobile app and client portal, both available immediately to provide a more convenient way to upload invoices for payment and manage their accounts.

Incoming clients gain access to OTR's 24/7/365 near-instant invoice approvals upon upload and instant funding to any bank account. They also gain access to the OTR Fuel Card and OTR Clutch business banking, expanding the tools available to better manage their businesses.
