Mark Skeels is a seasoned trial attorney and legal strategist with more than 25 years of experience spanning litigation, government service, business negotiations, and organizational leadership. A scholar who studied at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of San Diego School of Law, Skeels served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego law school, as well as being Founder of Skeels Law Group, APC. Skeels previously served as a Deputy District Attorney for San Diego County District Attorney's Office and later held senior leadership positions within the San Diego City Attorney's Office, including Senior Chief Deputy City Attorney.
