The data integration provides S3's clients with an even more comprehensive view of overnight prices of U.S. equities and liquidity, helping them stay ahead of evolving market practices and prepare for potential regulatory expectations around off-hours trading.

Bruce ATS outpaced that growth, with executed volume increasing 144% to 1.16 billion shares and executed notional rising 105% to $49.03 billion. Bruce's share of reported overnight notional across those venues has increased from 9.7% in Q1 2026 to over 20% in Q4 to date.
