Zimmer joins Allied from Rocket Close, LLC, where she spent nearly a decade as Vice President, National Commercial Counsel. In that role, she led a national commercial closing team, provided underwriting counsel support, managed the Cleveland, Ohio, office, and handled complex commercial transactions across all 50 states.

Zimmer brings more than 25 years of experience as a real estate attorney and commercial title professional. She began her career in commercial escrow at Chicago Title Insurance Company and later returned as an attorney after earning her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She went on to practice commercial real estate in Cincinnati in both the title insurance and real estate transaction side. Returning to her roots in Cleveland, she maintained a private practice focusing on both residential and commercial real estate law before jumping back into commercial title insurance and escrow.

Zimmer is also a former president of CREW Cleveland, where she championed the advancement of women in commercial real estate. Allied is pleased to welcome her to the team.
