FSRA issues notice of proposal against Anna Angelidis

EmitenTrust.com - TORONTO, Oct. 23, 2026 /CNW/ -- The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has initiated enforcement action against Anna Angelidis (Angelidis).

FSRA alleges that Angelidis is not suitable to be licensed under the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, as amended and its regulations because her past conduct affords reasonable grounds for belief that she will not deal or trade in mortgages in accordance with the law and with integrity and honesty and because she provided false information on a licence application.

FSRA is proposing to refuse to renew the mortgage agent licence issued to Angelidis.

Angelidis requested a hearing before the Financial Services Tribunal about this proposal.
